Never tried diving before? This is your chance to experience the magic of the underwater world in a safe, relaxed, and beautiful setting. Whether you go to Koh Haa or Koh Bida, you’ll be introduced to scuba diving with a certified instructor by your side the entire time. No license or previous experience is needed. You'll learn the basics, practice in shallow water, and then head out for two unforgettable dives surrounded by vibrant coral reefs and colorful marine life. You can also join this trip while for just snorkeling at one of the 2 areas.

Pickup from your hotel
We'll pick you up from your hotel at around 08:00. A more specific time will be sent to you once the booking is confirmed. We make our way to the pier to enjoy a breakfast with bread, sausages, eggs and fresh coffee.
If you are joining the discover scuba diving program, we start with a safety briefing and you'll try on the scuba gear in your size.
We then head out on the catamaran to the diving site, which is usually Koh Haa on Monday, Thursday and Sunday. We visit Koh Bida on Thuesdays and Fridays. Sometimes the destination needs to be changed in case of bad weather or unforable diving conditions. Both islands are located around 45 minutes from Koh Lanta.
On arrival at the island, it's time for some practice in shallow waters, followed by your first real dive together with the instructors.
A set box with the meal of your choice (see FAQ) will be ready on arrival back on the boat. Enjoy your lunch and the amazing views over the islands. We also serve water, soft drinks and other refreshments during the day.
When you're full, it's time to dive in for the second diving session of the day. Our instructors will guide you through your dive at a maximum depth of 12 meters. Surround yourself with coral reefs, exotic fish and whatever marine life that decided to visit!
After the second session of the discover scuba diving trip, it's time to head back to the boat for the return trip to Koh Lanta. We cruise back in about 45 minutes.
On arrival at the pier, our drivers will be ready to bring you back to your hotel on the island. We hope you had an amazing day, full of diving memories!

During these months, the weather is generally sunny with clear skies, calm seas, and mild temperatures, making it ideal for outdoor activities like swimming, snorkeling, and beach hopping.
The discover scuba diving trips from Koh Lanta are usually as follows: Koh Haa on Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays. Koh Bida is planned on Thuesdays and Fridays. Please note that weather conditions sometimes force us to change the location. If you want to make sure you will visit your favorite spot, please contact us in advance so we can check that for you.
Yes. Cancelling or moving your booking to another date is free up to 24 hours before the tour starts, and anything you have paid is refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded. If we have to cancel, for example for weather or safety, you can move to another date or take a full refund.
